The National Baseball Clubs Championship 2023

On the morning of July 28, 2022, at Phu Tho Stadium, the opening ceremony of the 2022 National Baseball Club Cup officially took place with the gathering of 168 Vietnamese and foreign baseball players participating in the competition under the colors of 8 baseball clubs across the country.

The 2022 National Baseball Club Cup was organized by the Vietnam Baseball and Softball Federation to promote and introduce baseball to all walks of life. Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Sports and Physical Training, President of the Vietnam Baseball and Softball Federation – Mr. Tran Duc Phan said: “The 2022 National Baseball Clubs Cup is part of the national baseball tournament system and is the first official tournament of the Vietnam Baseball and Softball Federation, marking an important milestone in the development path of the Federation after more than a year. establish.

This tournament is also honored to welcome former Korean baseball star – Lee Man Soo, representative of the Hulk Foundation. The Vietnam Baseball and Softball Federation will cooperate with the Hulk Foundation to select and train Vietnamese baseball players to participate in upcoming international tournaments.

Also at the opening ceremony, representatives of the Hulk Foundation – the sponsor and professional referee support unit for the tournament – donated 200 million VND to the Vietnam Baseball and Softball Federation.
