ABOUT US
OVERVIEW OF VBSF
The Vietnam Baseball and Softball Federation (VBSF) was officially established under Decision No. 1082/QD-BNV dated December 15, 2020 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, under the state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and under the management of the Ministry of Home Affairs. management in the field of physical training and sports by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant ministries and branches.
- Mission
VBSF carries on its great mission to help Vietnamese baseball and softball develop and integrate with the region and the world. Developing the Olympic sports “Baseball and softball”, the common home of Vietnamese sports, is still quite new to fans.

Widely develop the baseball movement, gradually specializing and professionalizing through national baseball and softball tournaments.

NATIONAL BASEBALL CLUB CUP TOURNAMENT 2024
“The National Baseball Clubs Championship” is part of the national baseball tournament system, and is a major baseball event organized annually by the Vietnam Baseball and Softball Federation ( VBSF)

OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS
TOURNAMENT ORGANIZATION AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
In 2022 and 2023, the Federation successfully organized two National Baseball Club Cup tournaments, the first in Ho Chi Minh City and the second in Hanoi. This is the official tournament in the tournament system of the Vietnam Baseball and Softball Federation.
The Federation also received cooperative support from international partners in developing baseball in Vietnam over the past 2 years.
2022
The National Baseball Clubs Championship 2022, including 8 teams, 168 players, 11 Supervisors and Referees
2023
The National Baseball Clubs Championship 2023, including: 11 teams, 202 baseball players, 36 coaches and doctors, 11 Supervisors and Referees
02/2023
The Vietnamese Baseball Team participated in the Indo China Cup DGB "Dream League" Baseball tournament in Laos with the sponsorship and support of the Hulk Foundation.

The Softball Asia had its 3rd Council meeting in Kuala Lumpur. This is a growing organization and national sports federations need to coordinate and unite.
The National Baseball Clubs Championship 2022 took place with the gathering of 168 Vietnamese and foreign baseball players participating in the competition.
On the morning of July 27, at My Dinh National Sports Complex, the Opening Ceremony of the 2023 National Baseball Club Cup took place. The tournament gathered 11 clubs and more than 220 athletes.
